Tandems, trains and pure madness once the light fades ....

The commentary team, it’s LIVE, uncut, sometimes risky, some times hilarious 😆 They whip the crowd into a frenzy as the cars strut their stuff on the National 🔂

It's all part of the Drift Matsuri where the goal is enjoy drifting in it's purest form with those who love DRIFT!

Every car is checked to ensure it is safe before Chunk issues a scrutineering pass ✅
A minimum of a 6 point bolt in roll cage with door bars
Seat and seat belts safe & secure
Bumper supports that are 25mm thin wall tube ONLY, they are a bumper supports, NOT a crash bars
1KG fire extinguisher within reach of the driver
Battery in a box if it's in the driver compartment (not required for dry cell batteries)
No sharp edges, inside and out

Preparation is everything - The final touches taking place in the bustling paddock area 🤘🏼

At the Drift Matsuri, the paddock area is open for everyone. Drivers, crews, spectators, you are all welcome to look at the cars, meet the drivers, grab a few snaps 🤳

If you see something you like or love, speak to the driver, ask questions, don't be shy! Drivers love talking about their cars, they're invested finacially, technically, emotionally and everyone has a story to tell.

We are all there as team drift to enjoy our passion - Drifting!

We'd like to give a massive congratulations to those that managed to secure a driver ticket for the Drift Matsuri 2026 last night 🎉

Once again the tickets left the website in seconds!

As you will all appriciate, we will now make sure everything is in place ahead of the event, so you can rock up and have the best time 🥰

We will be sending you all an email with all of the details you need in due course 👊🏼

As you will have seen, all the driver tickets are now showing as SOLD OUT

Please do not loose faith, people will be messaging people if they have tickets in baskets, they may come back on the website.
