Need a workout routine but don't know where to start? Here are some ideas to get you on the right track.
🏃🏻Start with some light cardio for 10-15 minutes, like running, walking or biking.
👟 Incorporate resistance training into your routine with bodyweight exercises like push-ups, pull-ups, squats, and lunges.
