If you spend time with "Anyone Coachy" There's lots of us out there, doing different things, a niche or style.

One word that I would use to describe coaching is SUPPORT.

Many coaches offer a free first session, discovery call, explore session. Try one.

If you are curious about coaching and how it may help you to decide on important matters, or figure out why you feel and behave in a particular way or understand other people better i recommend you give coaching a go.

Coaches have coaching too, as well as being a coach I know a few that I would also recommend.
