However if we do it usually brings with it some spectacular rainbows.

Seen this a while back and thought it worth a share. Might be handy for a few.
Something I had never given much thought too. Pacing.
Does anyone check pace at a back yard or after a few laps set landmarks and times to be there. In the past I’ve had landmarks although if you do a sprint finish the landmarks gauge goes well out the window.
