Swain Taekwon-Do is part of a forward thinking, family focussed national organisation (P.U.M.A.). This opens up a wealth of opportunities to students including: the ability to train in many places across the country; national and international seminars and competitions; training camps; becoming part of a network of like minded people who feel like an extended family. Our classes are suitable for all ages, abilities and fitness levels, and are taught by fully qualified, insured and DBS checked instructors who also undergo regular first aid and child safeguarding training.
