I have had several health issues, which has caused me to put a hold on proceedings for a while.

I read this today, it’s from a prolific BJJ Player…who has achieved what most people will just dream about.

I limp , get up super slow , my hip needs surgery, I already had back surgery, my knees are blown out , my ankles … don’t get me started on those messed up puppies , my wrists and hands always hurts now , my neck , has bulged disks , I know I’m forgetting something…
He is 40 years old… I’m aware BJJ is addictive and is a way of life.
But to have your body in this condition can’t be healthy.
What will he be like at 60 years old?
I thought exercise etc was meant to be beneficial to you.
What’s your views…
