Our game tomorrow is being played at The Snows Stadium while pitch works go on at Miller Park thanks to AFC Totton board for allowing this to happen! 🔴⚫ THE PATHWAY ISN’T JUST SOMETHING WE TALK ABOUT. WE’RE PUTTING IT ON THE PITCH.

What a day for Totton & Eling FC.

A fantastic FA Vase win away at Horndean, secured on penalties after a team performance full of character, determination and hard work.

But there was something else we were particularly proud of.

Four players from our U18s made their First Team debuts:

👏 Henry Williamson
👏 Freddie Grimes
👏 Archie Mullins
👏 Aston Hughes

And they weren’t the only young players involved. Max Croucher, Cray Rouge and Charlie Moggridge, all 19 or younger, were also part of a remarkably young T&E side.

That matters.

At Totton & Eling, we want talented young players in our area to know that there is a genuine opportunity here.

Not just a pathway on a poster. A pathway onto the pitch.

If you’re willing to work, learn, show the right attitude and give everything for the shirt, we want to give you the opportunity to show what you can do.

Huge credit to Jake Hallett for trusting these young players and believing in what we’re trying to build. And congratulations to the whole squad — the youngsters came into a team that worked their socks off for one another and showed exactly the togetherness we want throughout the club.

There will be challenges along the way. That’s part of developing players and building something for the future.

But days like this show exactly why we believe in the process.

Totton & Eling FC is delighted to announce Jake as our new First Team Manager.

Jake brings passion, energy and a real desire to build a team that the club, our supporters and our community can be proud of. Having already been part of the club, he understands what Totton & Eling means and is excited to lead the next chapter on and off the pitch.

Working alongside Dave, who now moves into the role of Director of Football, the club has a clear vision for the future. Dave's experience and football knowledge will support the development of the first team, while Jake takes charge in the dugout.

Together, they are committed to:
