For years I’ve been preaching about the benefits of resistance and cardiovascular exercise so it’s great to see this being broadcasted and encouraging people to prioritise this in their weekly routine.
It’s worth remembering that resistance exercise will have huge difference on all aspects of your health from neurological benefits to insulin sensitivity and gut health.
Resistance exercise builds a resilience in your body that helps to maintain optimum internal/external health and wellbeing. 🙌 it has so much more of an impact than we think!
So what I’m really saying is next time I make you squat hold or do a press up you can’t moan 😂
