Well done to all my Rammy BOOSTERS. That was tough tonight after a week off, but you brought it! You were on 🔥
I hope you left feeling well and truly de-stressed and your mood boosting, (oh and possibly a bit knackered) but that’s good!
Your mind and body will thank you for the movement the laughter and the smiles!!!

I have been teaching Clubbercise for 9 years!
I am still obsessed with this amazing fitness concept, it has helped me meet so many fabulous people, I’ve made great new friends, Im able to keep myself and others sane & fit,
and I am loving every minute of sharing it with you!
