New Year's Challenge

Get ready to start your new year off right with the IOGKF Challenge 2025!

The 50-day challenge focuses on kindness, courage, traditional karate-do practice, perseverance, and mental and physical training. Participants will perform daily acts of kindness, practice twice a day, meditate or read daily, and share their progress as they go. See the challenge rules below for full details.

The dojo will be closed today and all classes will resume as normal from Mon 9th Sept.

We recently had a great class with our guests Sensei Nevile and Sensei Kevin. There were alot of great tips so keep practicing and see you in the dojo next week!

We had a great time at the EGKA Summer Gasshuku. It is always nice to catch up with friends old and new. We are so fortunate to have some amazing instructors in the EGKA. If you have not yet attended a Gasshuku then please make sure you train at one.
