Hitting solid numbers on squats with a top set of 200kg for a double.

Work up sets of 140kg, 160kg and 180kg for 5, then finished with a back off set of 140kg for 10. Drop us a DM for any questions regarding personal training and programming whatever your goals are!

Lifestyle changes and adherence:

Due to the situation that has been affecting us all a lot of us have been making poor food choices, whether it be an emotional response or just the fact we are getting lazy, it’s normal we all get complacent.

One of the biggest mistakes I see people do when trying to ‘get back on the horse’ is make a complete ‘U’ turn.
Which a lot of the time is just unrealistic.

For example going from really poor eating and exercise habits; straight to calorie counting every single piece of food and treating exercise as a task solely to burn calories, this takes all the enjoyment out of training and day to day life.

Take small steps, decrease the binging, the alcohol consumption, make better food choices and set goals that you actually will get enjoyment from with training.

The point in this post is to lead to a lifestyle that you can adhere to and sustain rather than going through the roller coaster 🎢 of dieting, binging and being unhappy In yourself.

Tuesday: 2.00-3.00 (Perfect time for all Mums and Dads to get a workout in just before the 3.15 school pick up!)
