You absolutely *could* choose to go deep into the Sunday scaries, to hang out in the sheer dread of whatever Monday morning has in store for you. OR you could say ‘not today Satan’.
The first step in taking some control is being just a little more intentional about how you start your week. Set that alarm a little earlier than usual and do something just for you in the morning. Something delicious that sets the tone you want to take into Monday - sit quietly with a cuppa, write some stuff out, get out for a walk…hell, just stand at the back door and take a few big deep breaths. Whatever your thing is, do more of it.
