YOU ARE INVITED..... to step into your own bubble of relaxation AND RAISE MONEY for NORTH DEVON HOSPICE!!!

Caring for my mum with my family, the NHS nurses and was heart breaking and a privileg all at once.

I cant thank the nurses enough, they were just wonderful in every way possible.

Playing the crystal singing bowls has helped me tremendously journey through this first year without my mum.

On the 10th of October I will be sharing one of my favourite compositions with YOU. Raising money for the hospice whilst you receive some rest, relaxation and maybe even rejuvenation.

II am trying to close this page and my whole account down to start again. FB has not let me do any ads or shares from my business page since 2021......even after going through the necessary channels.

Hopefully you will all find me and my business again on FB. The best thing to do might be to follow my instagram https://www.instagram.com/colettebrucelightwork/ and I will be notifying on there of my new page.

Uhhhhh 'meditation' do you hear that word n just think BORRRRRRING!!!! 🤔

So here is the THING...... we are all different and guess what there are different ways to 'mediate'!! The main goals are to......

♡ reside in the present moment
☆ become intune with your physical body
○ release the humdrum from your mind so that inspiration and clarity have space
♧ c a l m the % #£@ down hahaha

If you manage 1 of the above fantastic 😀 even for 60 seconds..... the next time you could build upto 90 seconds...... etc

You can try.....
♡ guides meditations that take you on a journey or explore a narrative
◇ listening to frequency based music with your eyes closed or focusing your gaze on one thing
○ closing your eyes 👀 and seeing your eyelids 😄......noticing the colours that plume into view, the shadows that fade in and out, the shapes that drift around......

Night time
Why not try one of these before going to sleep......
