Mat Pilates classes run weekly on a Monday .. 9.15am and 6.15pm.. open to all ages and ability. Mat pilates is incredible if you suffer with aches and pains.. specifically back pain, tight hamstrings. Pay as you go £10 per class .. but buy a bundle and each class costs as little as £7.50 per class. No contracts, flexible booking.. what’s not to love 🤷🏼‍♀️💫❤️
