Letโ€™s give Nathan the spotlight he truly deserves for this amazing weight loss transformation!

Nathan came to me weighing in at 97.6kg (15.4st), with an unhealthy bodyfat percentage (30% +), which put him at the risk of weight-related diseases quicker and more easily. Nathan had also noted that he was suffering from lower back pain and decided that enough is enough.

Just over 3 months later....

Todays Nathan is now walking around at 76.5kg (12st), with an incredibly healthy bodyfat percentage (17-20%), which is now making him feel rejuvenated, overwhelmed with incredible sense of accomplishment. Also, Nathan now doesn't suffer from lower back pain and has gone further into his fitness journey with the ambition to build more strength and muscle in his next stage of the transformation.
.... His only regret "My only regret is that I didn't do it years ago!"

So this is my last month working as a full-time Personal Trainer. It has been a privilege over the past 9 years to help train people to be the best versions of themselves and achieve their goals.

This decision has been a hard one to make as its been my life for the past 9 years. However, since Kim and I losing our son, Iโ€™ve struggled greatly being in over populated areas and seeing other people go about there lives so happily whilst Iโ€™m stuck in a state of depression. I know in time this may pass, but for now Iโ€™ll be stepping away from full-time Personal Training to pursue another Career.

I would like to thank every client past and present for their contribution to that journey, and to the incredible Instructors and Business Owners I have had the pleasure to work alongside.

Right guys, new week starting tomorrow.

Anyone who knows now that they can't make their sessions, please let me know so i can replace it with someone who's on the waiting list.

Anyone who simply doesn't turn up, will also be removed indefinitely from future sessions and someone else will be replacing those sessions.

If you cancel within 24 hours of your session, you will be charged and you won't have future sessions till it is paid off.

I'm sorry if this seems harsh, but I deserve the respect from everyone and need to make sure my business is financially protected.

**24 Hour Cancellation Policy**

I am always in the gym, ready for action, and excited to help my client get results.

I have always got your session all planned out, but then, a few minutes before people are due to start, I receive a text saying:

โ€œIโ€™m sorry โ€“ Iโ€™m not going to be able to make the session today because *insert poor excuse here*.โ€

To be honest, there is no excuse that can explain why they can't have some respect for me as a health professional and let me know with 24 hours notice. People really need to remind themselves that it was THEM that came to me for help, not me going to them for work.

Surely I don't have remind everyone that this is my sole source of income and if I get multiple late cancellations I can't replace them without this 24 hours notice (even then it's difficult to replace them at all)

To all those who do unfortunately cancel late but still pay me for my time, I truly do respect and appreciate your values, so please don't see this aimed at yourselves.

To all my existing and future clients, please be ready to receive a copy of my Cancellation Policy, either by email, message or paper copy. It must be read and signed for before we carry on training.
