BARBELLS is our strength based class and is all floor based. This class is for those who want to tone up but don't fancy jumping on the trampoline.

❓Worried about getting 'bulky' ❓

DON'T. This class is low weights but high repetitions so you won't get bulky. It is designed to exhaust the muscle.

❓ What to expect ❓

Think about dead lifts, rows, bicep curls, squats, sit ups etc etc.
