Something I’ve been more aware of lately is how easily we can become overstimulated: mentally, emotionally, energetically, without really noticing.
Sometimes it’s not one big thing, just a build-up of noise, input, and perceived expectations.
For me, that can show up as feeling much quieter or overwhelmed, which can feel strange when you’re used to moving through things with confidence.
Training is one of the ways I regulate that.
Slowing reps down. Focusing on my breath. Noticing how I’m moving and coming back into my body.
Strength work gives my nervous system something steady to return to.
No fixing. No over-analysing.
Just grounding, feeling calmer, and letting it carry over into everyday life.🤍
