Good afternoon everyone, our runs for the coming week are as follows:

⭐ Monday 7th September

✅ 5k road, social pace, meet 6:30pm, Torre Abbey.
✅ 10k trail, pace to suit the group, meet 7pm, Parkers Arms (Totnes Road).

⭐ Wednesday 9th September

✅ GROUP hill repeats session, meet 6:30pm at Torre Abbey. Suitable for all abilities.

⭐ Thursday 10th September

✅ 11k trail, 10.5 min/ mile pace, meet 6:30pm, Clennon Valley.

New members are welcome to join us for two weeks to try us out. If you would like to come along for a run and meet us, please comment below or send us a message. No pressure!

Please wear appropriate shoes for the terrain.

We are heading back into dark evenings, if your run is finishing after 8pm please wear a head or body torch and a high vis item of clothing. Leaders have a couple spare to lend new members.

🌅 Tuesday’s beautiful sunrise run! 🌅

There’s something pretty special about starting the day with a sunrise and a run! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️☀️

With the mornings gradually getting darker and sunrise getting later, we’re making the most of these last few weeks of early-morning golden skies before it becomes a little too late to squeeze in! 😍

Beautiful views, fresh air and great company — not a bad way to start the day! 💕💜
