FIND YOUR WHY!!
Are you not that fussed with your goals are you putting it off and saying I will start on Monday??
Your feeling tired, lethargic can’t be arsed??
Yep I know that feeling well!!
In this picture of me I found my WHY!
I knew I had to get my body out infront of a few people for this photo shoot something I’ve never been that confident with at all, so I gave myself a strong goal (my why) over a period of 1yr!
To get kick your ass into gear your WHY is what will drive you.
Typical normal goals:
I want to lose weight
I want to tone all over
I want to be fitter
I want to be healthier
Now all these goals are great but be more specific what drives you??
is it a wedding day, a specific holiday a photoshoot! Once you have that specific goal, split it to bite size achievable chunks that you can accomplish each day each week! Don’t go all at once! Make it realistic to your goal.
I planned my gym sessions to do 4 a week if I didn’t go one day i went the other but I planned 4 each week and stayed consistent.
I cut my calories to be on a calorie deficit and monitored them (guidance from a professional is best with this)
I made my days more active I planned in more walks more cardio.
But all of this was done gradually not all at once increasing it each month.
So if your lacking motivation to get out there and make a change then your WHY is not strong enough
