4 years no beers 🍻❌🙏

Day 1460 doesn’t come without being brutally honest on Day 1 💯

To participate in a life worth living I needed to have had enough of the life I had,… hitting the bottom, has its benefits,… the only option is up ⬆️

I was always waiting for someone to turn my life around,… waiting,… waiting 🕰️

A deep rooted addictive and avoidant nature made stopping wayyyyyyyy more complex than just a decision,… it was a physical, mental, emotional and social mountian ⛰️

Beers, w**e, neat wh***ey, neat gin,… I was escaping the fool I’d become ✅

Depresssed, anxious (again) all with one person to blame for it all,… ME 🙋🏻‍♂️

I don’t recognise the old me anymore,… and in the past 4 years I’ve done more than in my previous lifetime 😎

If I could sit next to my old self, I’d tell him that the confidence you crave is on the flip side of believing in yourself,… and to do the things you say you’re going to do ✅

If you stop the booze, you’ll start 2 businesses, travel the world, meet amazing people, see amazing things and find the person you’re looking to find 🌍,… you’ll still f**k s**t up, do things most won’t but you’ll need to be accountable,… not be a victim.

If you keep drinking the alternative looks bleak,… if you stop,… I promise it won’t be boring and I’ll be f**king proud of you Jase ❤️

📣 Announcement – Emergency Services Chill & Chat Sessions 🚓🚑🚒💨💨💨

Now that the summer season is soon to pass,… we’ll be holding some FREE Chill & Chat sessions for Emergency Services personnel across Devon, Somerset and North Somerset.

Who are these sessions for? 👇

These are uniquely designed sessions specifically for people within the Emergency Services who may be experiencing stress, burnout, the effects of trauma or PTSD, but perhaps don’t feel there’s an environment or understanding for them within the standard approaches on offer.

Self Awareness ✅

Due to the sensitivity of these sessions, we won’t be publicly announcing when individual sessions are taking place, nor will we be sharing photographs of the people attending,… all participants wanting to attend must reach out direct or through their employer wellbeing team.

We’ll also be implementing elements of Ocean Therapy within the sessions. 🌊

For the avoidance of doubt,… Snappy Sups Chill & Chat sessions has never been funded by, affiliated with or connected to local Freemasons or individuals belonging to.

I am not a Freemason. Although I have been invited to join on several occasions, I have each time declined and do not wish to be a member.

Chill & Chat does not accept representation, involvement, sponsorship or participation on behalf of the Freemasons or any Masonic organisation.

That doesn’t exclude individuals who happen to be members.

They are absolutely welcome, just like anyone else who fits the purpose of these sessions — but they attend simply as themselves, not representing a lodge, organisation or wider group.

That’s an important distinction.

Chill & Chat remains, self funded and completely independent.
