Lush walk, amazing views, lots of water for paddles obviously and ofc doggy friendly 🥰🐶

‘𝘠𝘦𝘴, 𝘣𝘶𝘵 𝘪𝘧 𝘪 𝘥𝘰𝘯'𝘵 𝘨𝘦𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘯𝘶𝘵𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘳𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘪𝘴 𝘯𝘰 𝘱𝘰𝘪𝘯𝘵 𝘪𝘯 𝘥𝘰𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘯𝘺 𝘰𝘧 𝘪𝘵!'

This is what a client said to me earlier. I used to believe the same. It was all or nothing.

Then I started to change my mindset.

Let’s imagine you’ve let your house go to ruin,

The boiler is shot, kitchen cupboards are falling off and their is a leak in the roof, we don’t even need to discuss the front lawn 🙄

Is it always possible to fix everything at once?

Can you realistically afford to renovate the whole house? Do you have the mental capacity to hit it in one shot?

Maybe, but unlikely.

So what do we do? We complete the renovation in stages. One task at a time.

Now let’s think about our ‘forever home’, our body.

If you do not have the time, mental capacity or money to ‘renovate’ all in one, then do it in stages AND TAKE PRIDE in each achievement.

👏🏽 Include a resistance or weight training program

👏🏽 Take back control of your diet

👏🏽 SHAVE THE DAMN FRONT LAWN (optional 🙃)

Achieve each step individually if you have to, build on your renovation over weeks, months, years if need be!
