Intermediate vs Mixed Level-Which class is right for you?
I want every client, new & existing to feel confident, safe, and challenged in the right way. Here’s a quick guide to help you choose the best class for your experience level (in my classes every teacher will be different)
🌿 Mixed‑Level Classes- Perfect if you’re newer to reformer Pilates or still building confidence with the basics & understanding your form. These classes offer more options of levels, & optional progressions so everyone can work at their own pace & what feels challenging to them. Not ideal for first timers but would be ok if you've done similar before/not completely nee to exercise and can listen well to instructions.
🔥 Intermediate Classes, for clients who already have strong foundations & exercise regularly, understand the reformer & its functions, less beginner levels offered, more exercises that will increase challenge in balance & stability, require a little more strength but will still meet you where your at, the class will still include warm ups, foundation exercises & some options of levels.
Because safety and quality of movement always come first, I’ll use my professional discretion to decide whether an intermediate class is suitable for you. If I feel it isn’t the right fit just yet, I may kindly ask you to stick with mixed‑level for now so you can build the strength and technique needed to progress confidently.
