Sadly, tomorrow will be my FINAL Tuesday class of Vinyasa Flow due to starting a new job and moving house in the next few weeks.

I may resume Tuesday’s class once things have settled down again.

I look forward to seeing some of you tomorrow for a last flow with me for a while, I will be continuing my classes with Kat Wallace Personal Training and Fitness Classes on a Thursday evening at 6pm until the end of April if you wish to continue practicing with me.

I’m very excited to announce I will now be running my own yoga classes online on zoom!

Starting from Tuesday 9th March I will be running a morning vinyasa flow class.

Your first 2 classes are FREE and then it is £4 a class.

Hello, my name is Jess and I am a Multi- Style Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. I teach the styles of Yin, Vinyasa, Hatha and Ashtanga. I started Yoga when I was 15 just and have dabbled in different styles ever since. This is my story around holistic and alternative health. A big thank you to for helping me discover Pranayama and for boosting my immune system with some Vitamin C.
