Two fab sessions this morning! Ladies that Lift worked super hard on a challenging workout using the hand weights and b***y bands.

This was followed by my new WALK AND SIT FIT session. A quick 30 minute workout, low impact & simple. A great way to get your steps in whilst listening to great tunes. We did over 2000 steps in twenty minutes and completed the workout with some light resistance and stretch

Here’s a quick video showing how to replace your Clubbercise Glow Stick batteries.

Only remove the one screw at the very end.

It’s a bit fiddly but take your time and stay calm! (This wasn’t our first attempt LOL)
