You can treat yourself or a loved one to a session in Laura's Pilates Wellness Day- this Saturday in aid of a donation towards Parkinson's UK !!

Please have a look at the schedule there is something for everyone - boxing, fall safe, yoga and various pilates classes plus a cafe and a raffle with some great prizes!!
