Are you tired of being a slave to the number on your scales?
My name is Kieran, I am personal trainer/online coach and in all honesty I have grown sick of the obsession with weight loss that seems so prevalent these days. I don't believe for a second that we should only be exercising for weight loss, in fact I believe that being fit and healthy is the cornerstone of a genuinely happy life regardless of the number on the scale! it allows us to climb that mountain with friends or play with our kids/grandkids.
That's why I like to shift the focus from weight and body measurements onto real markers of health like blood pressure, cardio health and strength and creating healthy and long lasting habits.
There really is no need to be a member of a gym or have a strict workout routine and restrictive diet. The most important thing is that we create habits and routines that fit seamlessly into your life, being mainly consistent for ever is far better than being super consistent for 6 weeks only to regress for the rest of the year.
