Hey!

Are you tired of being a slave to the number on your scales?

My name is Kieran, I am personal trainer/online coach and in all honesty I have grown sick of the obsession with weight loss that seems so prevalent these days. I don't believe for a second that we should only be exercising for weight loss, in fact I believe that being fit and healthy is the cornerstone of a genuinely happy life regardless of the number on the scale! it allows us to climb that mountain with friends or play with our kids/grandkids.

That's why I like to shift the focus from weight and body measurements onto real markers of health like blood pressure, cardio health and strength and creating healthy and long lasting habits.

There really is no need to be a member of a gym or have a strict workout routine and restrictive diet. The most important thing is that we create habits and routines that fit seamlessly into your life, being mainly consistent for ever is far better than being super consistent for 6 weeks only to regress for the rest of the year.

��For many of us, time is precious and finding the time to workout takes the bottom spot on the 'things to do today list' and that's completely understandable, putting aside an hour(+) a day is hard if not impossible and fitting in a healthy diet even more so.
Here is the thing though
�� Exercise doesn't have to exclusively mean an hour in the gym or running
healthy diet doesn't have to mean hours preparing boring meals from scratch with no room for error ��
The key to making a change and sticking to it is re framing what you previously thought of as exercise and nutrition. That is where I come in, If you have struggled with creating a good balance in the past then I'd like you to consider giving me 16 weeks of your time to build sustainable habits and get you on the road to making those long lasting changes.

So Milo has finished his 7 runs in July for . He gave it all he had and we have some rehab work to do over the next few weeks to get him in shape for his 10k in Plymouth!
