And a massive shout out to Pascale Mendillo for running her first ever park run and smashing it out the park in 37 minutes!!!

We are back at it this week🤩

Be careful when driving/walking up the industrial estate it is icy ❄️ ⚠️

Our 6 weeks gym beginners course kicks off next Wednesday at 7pm £80 for 6 weekly sessions. (limited spaces available) to enquire send us a message and one of the team will get back to you.

We also have are weekly classes back with a bang 💥

Mondays LBT 6pm
Friday functional circuit 5pm
£7 pay as you go non members always welcome.
