Keep pi***ng into the wind, expect to get wet.
Maybe you’re going to the gym without a plan.
Maybe you’re winging it.
Maybe you’re waiting to see results, but they arent coming.
Might as well be pi***ng into the wind.
Hoping for the best.
When what you really need is a plan.
You need a structured routine.
You need someone to lay out exactly what you’re doing.
When to do it.
How much to do to get to the place you want to be.
Someone who will push you.
Set some expectations around what it’s going to take.
Give you a time frame, if you put the work in.
Orrrrrr..
If you havent got a plan, or any accountability, it’s going to take so much longer.
But I think thats to be expected.
Expect to get wet.
You need someone around to help you put the work in.
I can guarantee you that if you came to one of my groups you would put in a lot more effort than if you went on your own.
You would also put that effort into the right place.
We would get rid of all of the fluff, and actually do exercise thats leading you to where you want to be.
With direction on how to do it.
Whether your form is good.
Whether you’re feeling it in the right places.
Whether it’s actually hard enough.
Multiple times a week.
This is how you see change.
This is how you make progress.
This is what works.
