A.R.D. Training Camp A.R.D. Training Camp has been established since 1993.

Training Camp is a Full-Time Professional Members Training Facility run by former British, European & World Kickboxing Champion Andre Daltrey.We specialise in teaching Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Strength & Conditioning & General Fitness.There is Personal Training with qualified Instructors or Classes available every week.

Happy birthday Andy❤️
We miss you!

This is a pic of Andy about to Box on one of our Interclub Shows at the Gym.
He Boxed on countless occasions on these, quite often against someone who’d never done one before, and who were really nervous, but he’d guide them through it, even meeting up with them in the week before to help them, then on the day, he’d be really controlled and help them get through it!
It was the measure of this Man who just wanted to help people feel great for achieving something like getting in a Boxing Ring, and having a taste of competing without being hurt!

He did this and countless other acts of kindness for so many people here, because he absolutely loved the people who were part of A.R.D. Training Camp.
He helped people here with Building Work (quite often free of charge)
He would always sponsor fighters or people doing charity events
And he’d always be around to take someone down the road to Cafe Macchiato’s and get them a coffee if he thought they were struggling!

Andy you’re missed now more than ever 💔

It’s a family friendly event & we look forward to welcoming you along next weekend - don’t forget to bring some money for cake, coffee & tea, the proceeds of which will be going to a cause very close to our hearts at hospice 🙏🏼

There will also be a clothing stall put on by Tom from - who donates a share of his profits to supporting su***de awareness, another cause very close to our hearts ♥️

What an amazing Interclub and End of Year Presentation we had here on Saturday 👏
Great atmosphere, and the standard of Boxing was brilliant!

We’ve had a tradition at A.R.D. Training Camp for over 20 years now.
That tradition is, when someone makes their debut, and represents the club out on the Fight Circuit, they receive a set of specially engraved dog tags at the end of year presentation, which is at the Interclub tomorrow.
Those dog tags are engraved with the Fighters name, the year they had their first bout, and simply says ‘A.R.D. Training Camp Fighter’
They are hard earn’t, and it’s our privilege to present them to each Fighter at the end of the year!🙏

This year, we’ve had 7 Fighters make their debut on shows across the county, and we’re very excited to be honouring them with this small token of our appreciation and respect for them!
You never forget your first competitive bout, so hopefully this memento reminds them of that!
May this tradition carry on long into the future, because this club wants our Members and Fighters to know how much we care about them!❤️
