At Silver Dollar Martial Arts, we are huge advocates of supporting mental health. You truly never know what someone may be going through behind closed doors.

We believe that having a safe, welcoming place to come to can make a real difference — somewhere you can switch off for a while, forget about the pressures of everyday life, and quieten those intrusive thoughts, even if it’s just for an hour.

Whether you want to learn a new skill, build confidence, improve your fitness, compete at the highest level, or simply have somewhere to come where you feel part of a community, our doors are always open.

With this in mind, I’m going to be sharing some real stories from real members of Silver Dollar — honest experiences about what brought them through our doors and how training has helped them.
