Looking to keep your paddle fitness up this autumn?

We have the answer with our SUP Interval Training sessions!

Intervals are a great way to improve your paddling fitness, cardio and endurance, while still enjoying being outdoors and on the water.

You can work at your own pace, challenge yourself and have some fun along the way!

The Summer Holidays are nearly over… but the paddling doesn’t stop!

As another fantastic summer comes to an end, we would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who has joined us over the holidays. We have loved seeing so many of you enjoying time on and around the water with us.

As we head into September, it’s still a beautiful time of year to get outdoors and enjoy the river. We will continue to be open at both Bodiam and Tonbridge for hires and instructor-led sessions, just with reduced opening days during term time.

There’s also plenty happening this September:

Our Wednesday Social Paddle is back at Tonbridge this week – come and join us for a relaxed midweek paddle
Our Interval Sessions are continuing for anyone wanting to work on their fitness and paddling.

We are getting ready for our 29km Medway Challenge, paddling from Tonbridge to Allington to raise money for the fantastic KSS Air Ambulance.

If you are in Tonbridge this Sunday, come and say hello! We will have a stall at the Dragon Boat Race and would love to see you.

Fancy a longer, relaxing paddle? Join us on 27th September for our Grove Ferry to Fordwich paddle – a lovely journey and a great way to enjoy the changing seasons from the water.

SUP Club – our members have a busy September ahead with training sessions, challenges, progression sessions and an overnight Thames trip to look forward to!

Summer might be nearly over, but we’ve still got plenty of paddling adventures ahead. We would love you to join us.

WE ARE HIRING FOR 2027!

Love the water? Enjoy working outdoors?

We are looking for enthusiastic people to join our watersports team from April–September 2027, mainly covering weekends and school holidays.

We are also looking for someone with Forest School or holiday club experience to help with our Kids Summer Holiday Club.

No watersports instructor experience? No problem!

For the right people, we can help get you trained and work towards your SUP Instructor Qualification.

You will be joining a friendly, supportive team, working outdoors on the River Medway at Tonbridge and the River Rother at Bodiam.

These seasonal roles could be perfect for students, retired people, or anyone looking for flexible outdoor work during the holidays.

MEDWAY CHALLENGE – JUST 3 WEEKS TO GO!

Sunday 13th September

We are getting ready to take on our 29km paddle from Tonbridge to Allington along the River Medway, raising money for the incredible Kent, Surrey & Sussex Air Ambulance ().

Fancy joining us? There’s still time, but sign up close on 1st September!

Whether you are a seasoned paddler looking for your next challenge or simply fancy pushing yourself and being part of something special, we would love to have you join us.

Every kilometre paddled and every stroke taken will be helping to support the lifesaving work of KSS Air Ambulance.
