3G Pitch Opening tomorrow 08/09 - Message from the new site management 'Swale Community Leisure':
'Ahead of tomorrow's handover and the subsequent opening for training and matches:
We're proud of our facilities and we want you to be proud of them too. Following these rules will help everyone get the most out of the facility.
Facility rules
• Suitable clean footwear,
• No spectators on the playing surface
• No food or drink on the playing surface
• No climbing on goalposts, fences or netting
• No dragging goals or placing heavy, sharp objects on the playing surface
• No chewing gum
• No spitting
• No smoking or va**ng
• No bikes, e-scooters or dogs
• No dropping litter
Acceptable footwear for the 3G football pitch
✓ Moulded studs
✓ Plastic studs / screw-in (less than 15mm)
✓ Blades or boots with metal or metal-tipped studs (less than 15mm)
✗ Astro turf trainers
✗ Flat-soled, e.g. indoor or running trainers'
