A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class. You do not need to be a great dancer just listen to the music and let go! No need to book my classes, just turn up with trainers and water as you will get hot!
