Saturdays Tough Mudder was Thomas’ first experience and Master Dunn’s third. The Infinity course was a minimum of 1 long and 1 short lap totalling 25km of hills and 35 obstacles.
800 m elevation gain just to add to that. A tough challenge but incredible experience. Master Dunn did incredible and managed the challenge despite being injured - Thomas really really enjoyed the challenge and might be up for it again.
Brilliant day in lovely surroundings ☀️☀️

A group of Synergy students and parents participated in Whitstable & Herne Bay May 5k, 10k and half marathon to raise funds for AETA World Cup.

Matthew, Alison, Thomas, Sofia and Anna all ran the 5km. Matthew achieving 2nd in his age group & 7th overall. Sofia and Anna 2nd & 3rd place for their age categories. Thomas took 3rd place for his age category after running tough mudder yesterday. Special mention for Alison pushing her body to achieve a 5km.

Aggy ran in the 10km route, smashing a PB result!

The conditions were pretty tough with strong head winds on the return sections which left us running sideways at times. However together we ran a total of 77.19km today.

So an amazing run between us this weekend of 127.19km. Please do sponsor our efforts! .uk
