Tonbridge Bowling Club:
The club is in a rural setting adjacent to sports fields and next to Tonbridge Angels Football Club.. The pavilion and bowling green are second to none in the County and facilities include private car parking, changing rooms, a club priced bar and kitchen. When is the Club Open? ub continues to function during the winter. Short Mat bowls is available in the clubhouse, on afternoons and evenings each week. There are social events during the winter (usually on Saturday evenings) plus a Dinner/Dance is held annually at the end of the season. During the bowling season there are practice games ( roll ups) friendly internal competition's, friendly events against other clubs as well as more serious competitive games in leagues with the county. Individual members are also eligible to enter county and national competitions. NEW MEMBERS ARE ALWAYS WELCOME with no bar on age, ability or experience, membership cost includes rink fees keeping the cost of many hours entertainment to a very affordable level. ~Discounts for new members and family membership. The Club is a Community Amateur Sports Club, managed and run by its members - many of whom contribute in various ways to the upkeep of the pavilion, the green and the surrounding grounds and gardens.
