A BIG THANK YOU ...

.... to all you lovely people who made the TJ Beer Festival such a success at the weekend.

Some scrumptious ales were consumed and the rugby highlights were great (if you were English!!). Next time we'll order some drier weather ...🤔

A huge thanks to all out TJ volunteers who manned the pumps to help raise funds for Tonbridge Juddians Rugby Club. Plus of course the wonderful TJ bar team for 'non-ale' drinks provision.

Thanks to DC Scaffold who supply the bar structure and are one of the club's most loyal supporters!

Not forgetting the generous companies and individuals who 'Sponsor A Barrel' and Tonbridge Brewery for supplying the souvenir festival glasses.

Stay well, stay dry and maybe we'll see you all again next year.

All ready for 12 noon re-commencement of TJs Beer Festival at Tonbridge Juddians Rugby Club.

Plenty of delicious ales still to sample and a range of ciders.

Plus ... 6 Nations Rugby on the big screens:

Italy v Scotland @ 2.10pm

England v Wales @ 4.40pm

TJs Beer Fest is ready to roll, with doors opening at 5pm.

20 ales are ready to sample, accompanied by 6 delicious ciders & perry's.

TJs 12th Winter Beer & Cider Festival 2026

CORRECTED .... right images this time !!

All the ales are dozing gently in preparation for Friday, so below is the Final Beer List with Tasting Notes (see the 3 x images attached).

Some delicious offerings there to tantalise your taste buds!!

Doors open at 5pm on Friday 6th February at Tonbridge Juddians Rugby Club in The Slade, Tonbridge (last order 10.30pm), with the festivities resuming at 12noon on Saturday 7th February.

As well as the beers & ciders there is the added attraction of the 6 Nations Rugby on Saturday, with two games:

14.10 Italy vs Scotland
16.40 England vs Wales

The main bar will be open for soft drinks (including lager) and fruit based drinks. Food from our quality caterers Kitchen of Kent.

Many thanks to the companies and individuals who have kindly sponsored a barrel for the festival.

A huge thanks to Tonbridge Brewery ...
.. for sponsoring the souvenir glasses for this year's TJ Beer Festival !!

The fun starts this Friday 6th February at 5pm and the 20 delicious ales are now in place and resting up before their big day.

Full beer list and tasting notes to follow but first an introduction for the two ales from Tonbridge Brewery that complete the roster.

It's January and time for ... TJs Beer Fest !!

The countdown has begun for this year's TJ Beer Festival at Tonbridge Juddians Rugby Club.

The fun starts on Friday 6th February from 5pm when 20 delicious cask ales will be ready and waiting for you to taste. Then on Saturday 7th February we're open from 12pm until all the beer runs out (or 10pm whichever is first!).

There will of course be a selection of Ciders & Perrys as well as the full bar service and food at all sessions. On top of that there will be 6 Nations Rugby on the big screens, with Italy v Scotland at 14.10 and 'the big one' England v Wales at 16.40 on Saturday.

Something for all lovers of fine ales and 'egg chasing' so make a date in your diary and we'll see you there! Check out further posts for the beer list.
