Our fishing starts on 1st of May 2022..
we have a web-site, riveravonfishingassociation.co.uk,booking forms are there and price of fishing per day etc.,we tend to have regular anglers who book with us each year.Some gaps in bookings will be available we have three beats and maximum of 4 Rods per beat and 2 miles double bank fishing
and1.9 miles of single bank, anglers are 4 max., to each beat.

Last weeks fishing was not too bad, when you consider the cold conditions and it was a rather depleted group of anglers that arrived to fish.
The week saw a total of 45 Sea Trout caught, ranging from 1 kilo to 3.1 kilo weight and 1 Salmon of 2.9 kilos.
Monday June 1st, we hope to see some improvement this week.

22/05/2015

I caught a 9lb Hen Salmon two days ago and returned it to the river.
We only have 2 anglers this week and thy have lost fish which were hooked and also landed a Salmon each plus 2 Sea Trout.
They are both pleased with their weeks fishing.

Removing trees which were damaged in last Augusts flood.
Taken four days so far.
Also spent three hours so far this week, fishing and hoping to find a Salmon. They moved into the Avon, (A-an) last week.
I have drawn a blank so far and so need to spend more time fishing.

Went to river today on Conglas Pool, just fished down the once.
Had a Salmon on for about 10 seconds, but that's fishing.
