Spring has sprung & I am really pleased to tell you all that I will running a few PT TRX sessions from the comfort of my own home/garden… 😅😅😅😅

TRX is a versatile suspension training system that uses adjustable straps and your own body weight to build strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability. It is used for full-body workouts—including HIIT, yoga, and mobility—suitable for all fitness levels.

I’ll be offering pt sessions and couple sessions….

Dumbbells, kettlebells & core strength will also be included so if you want a good beasting and see a change in your body, building strength and toning, please get in touch for more details 🙏

Back out running tomorrow though, think I’ve eaten my own body weight in bloody twiglets, tofifees, forerros and one absolutely love every minute!!!!

I’ve lost a lot of money this week. Over £100 and it’s only Wednesday.. I understand things happen out of our control sometimes.

However, this is a reminder as it’s always been in place, but I will need 48 hours notice should you need to cancel, otherwise I will have to still charge in full for your session.
