THE AUTHENTIC MINDS HYBRID PROGRAMME

An eight-week coaching programme for late-diagnosed neurodivergent women who want to understand themselves more deeply and begin building a life that works for them.

● Starts 5 October
● £199

WHAT IS IT?

The programme combines self-directed learning, group coaching and individual support.

Over eight weeks, you’ll work through the four stages of the Authentic Minds Pathway:

● Recognise
● Reframe
● Reimagine
● Rebuild

WHAT’S INCLUDED?

● Eight weekly videos and resources

● Four live group coaching calls, one for each stage

● One individual 1:1 coaching session with me

● Guided reflection to help you apply what you’re learning to your own life

WHY IDENTITY BEFORE STRATEGY?

Many neurodivergent people are offered strategies before they’ve had the chance to understand themselves.

Planners, routines, boundaries and new habits may all be useful, but lasting change is difficult when you don’t yet understand the patterns behind what you’re doing.

The Authentic Minds Hybrid Programme helps you look back at how you got here, question the expectations you’ve been living by and work out what genuinely feels right for you.

Because before you can change the pattern, you need to be able to see it.

The next programme begins on 5 October.

This can be one of the hardest parts.

It’s not just feeling something strongly, it’s how long it stays with you.

You can understand something logically and still feel it sitting there hours later, sometimes longer.

That can make it feel like you should be over it by now, or that you’re holding onto something for too long.

It doesn’t really work like that. Your system is still processing it, even if your brain has already made sense of it.

Over time, you can start to respond to that differently. Not trying to shut it down, just understanding what’s going on and what helps.

Hi, I’m Jennie. I help late-discovered ADHD and autistic women understand themselves, recognise what they need and rebuild a stronger sense of self.

Feeling overwhelmed or unsure what you realistically have room for? My free Capacity Planner can help you see what’s already taking up space and make decisions that better reflect your actual capacity. You’ll find it through the link in my bio.

When every option feels like too much
Decision Making Toolkit | £1.99

Sometimes it isn’t the importance of a decision that makes it difficult.

You can become just as stuck choosing what to eat, what to wear or where to begin as you can with something much bigger.

When decision fatigue sets in, even manageable choices can feel overwhelming. You might put things off, keep searching for the perfect answer or feel too mentally tired to decide at all.

The ND Matters Decision Making Toolkit gives you three practical resources to use when this happens:

A pros-and-cons sheet for decisions that need thinking through

A guide to recognising and reducing decision fatigue

A flow chart that takes you through one question at a time

It also helps you create useful defaults, identify what can wait and consider whether the least exhausting or “good enough” option could work.

The downloadable toolkit costs £1.99 and is available through the link in my bio.

When someone comes to coaching feeling overwhelmed, the temptation can be to immediately start making changes.

Set the boundary. Reduce the workload. Stop people pleasing. Build a better routine.

But those changes are difficult to maintain when you don’t yet understand what is happening underneath them.

That’s why the first stage of my approach is Recognise.

We might look at when you automatically say yes, what tends to happen before you become overwhelmed, which environments leave you depleted or where you regularly override your own needs.

Recognition helps turn a general sense of “I’m struggling” into something more specific and understandable.

Once you can see the pattern, you have more information about what needs to change. You can respond to your actual experience instead of trying another piece of advice that may not fit.

If everything currently feels tangled together, begin by noticing one recurring situation. What happens, what do you feel and what do you usually do next?

You don’t need to fix it immediately. Seeing it clearly is useful progress.

Late diagnosis is wild because...

You spend years trying to become someone else...
..then realise the person you were trying to fix never needed fixing in the first place.

I thought getting my autism and ADHD diagnoses would finally allow me to know who I was.

They helped explain a lot. Experiences that had previously felt confusing began to make more sense, and I had language for things I had never properly understood.

But I still didn’t really know who I was.

Diagnosis didn’t immediately show me which parts were genuinely me, which had developed through years of masking or what I wanted my life to look like from that point onwards.

I’m still learning who I am. It has been a much longer process than I expected, and getting diagnosed was only the beginning of that journey.

If you finally have an explanation but still feel unsure of yourself, you haven’t missed something. Understanding your neurodivergence gives you a starting point. Discovering your preferences, needs, values and limits happens gradually through paying attention to yourself.

You’re allowed to still be figuring it out.

A lot of late-discovered adults spend years thinking they’re overreacting, too sensitive or just “bad” at coping with life.

Meanwhile, they’re constantly monitoring themselves. Thinking about how they sound, how they come across, whether they’ve said the wrong thing or whether they seem “too much”.

From the outside, it can look like you’re managing fine. You’re getting through work, conversations, relationships and everyday life.

But underneath, it can feel exhausting trying to hold everything together all the time.

Masking often becomes so automatic that people don’t even realise they’re doing it until later discovery starts putting pieces together.

And that can bring up a lot. Relief, grief, confusion, anger, sadness. Sometimes all at once.

One thing I hear a lot from late-discovered women is: “I don’t actually know who I am.”

Not because there’s something missing, but because they’ve spent years adapting to other people, other environments and other expectations without even realising how much they were doing it.

You learn which parts of yourself feel “too much”. Which reactions get accepted. Which version of you keeps things smoother, safer or easier.

Over time, that can leave you feeling disconnected from yourself.

Then discovery happens and suddenly you start questioning everything. Your personality. Your friendships. Your work. The way you communicate. Even the things you thought you liked.

That can feel unsettling, but it’s also often the beginning of understanding yourself in a more honest way.

Not becoming somebody new. Just getting closer to the parts of you that were buried underneath years of adapting.

Neurodivergence in the Workplace
Simple Wins for Small Teams
Webinar | £14.99

Do you want your small business to be more inclusive of neurodivergent employees and customers, but feel unsure where to begin?

Neurodivergence in the Workplace: Simple Wins for Small Teams explores common challenges and practical changes across areas including:

Communication

Sensory environments

Recruitment and interviews

Masking and burnout

Workplace passports

Reasonable adjustments

Customer information

Visuals and signage

Rigid workplace policies

The webinar was created with small organisations in mind, particularly those without a large HR team or specialist knowledge.

It focuses on realistic questions you can ask about your current workplace and changes you may be able to make.

Please note that this webinar was recorded earlier in the ND Matters journey and features Jennie alongside former co-founder Fran. The ND Matters team and services have since changed, while the practical workplace guidance remains relevant.

The webinar costs £14.99 and is available through the link in my bio.

How often do you write a to-do list based on everything that needs doing, then wonder why you can’t seem to get through it?

Our capacity changes from day to day, and it can vary across different areas too. You might have physical energy but very little capacity for organising, making decisions or getting started. You may be able to focus but have little tolerance for social interaction or sensory input.

I’ve created a free Capacity-Based Planner to help you:

🔋 Get everything out of your head
🔋 Check your physical, thinking and doing, social and sensory capacity
🔋 Decide what genuinely needs to happen
🔋 Identify what can wait
🔋 Consider what could make today easier
🔋 Decide what “enough” looks like today

It’s simple, visual and designed to help you plan around the capacity you actually have.
