I am an accredited Confidence Coach, working with women who are filled with self-doubt and tired of feeling like they can't do what they want to do. I offer a tailor made 6 to 12 week programme of online or walk and talk coaching. I also specialise in helping horse riders out of the saddle so they feel more confident in the saddle.

Freya and I went to watch To Kill A Mockingbird last night and it was amazing. I studied this in year 10, a very long time ago and it hit me hard then and still does today. It is one of my most favourite books and the adaptation was excellent. So glad I had the opportunity to watch it.
