Low tide this morning so if you are planning on coming to join me for the Loony Dook wear something on your feet to walk in to avoid hurting your feet.
Wind direction is favourable for the harbour although it is a wee walk to find some depth of water.
Air temp 3 degrees and water just below 8 so bring warm clothes for afterwards and take your time getting in allow your body to adjust; my advice is to not run in! Happy New Year to you all 🎉

Last dip for 2025! Please note the amended time due to the incoming weather. The dip will take place at Tobermory beach at 8.30am not 3pm as originally planned!
The Loony Dook on the 1st will still go ahead at 10.30am
