1️⃣ Hybrid Athlete

Hybrid Athlete is designed to get you not only looking great but performing great!

This program is for those who are seriously into their training. Theres 6 days of programming, with each session lasting from 75 minutes to 2 hours.

Train like an athlete, perform like an athlete!

2️⃣ Hybrid Light

This program is designed for those who;

1) Can't commit to a full week of training due to lifestyle/other responsibilities.

2) For someone who wants to add some structure to their training but also enjoys training with others/ jumping in on classes.

It's a 3 day program that focusses on the main parts of the HYBRID ATHLETE program.

3️⃣ Hybrid Physique

I wanted to create a program that from a performance stand point; Bullet proofs your body from all the other stress you put it under. Whether that's from sport on the weekend, competing in CrossFit/Functional Fitness competitions or Endurance Athletes training for Marathons/Ultras/Iron Mans etc. I also wanted to design this for the people who just want to build some solid muscle and want to create that aesthetic look to feel better within themselves.

OVERWHELMED WITH GRATITUDE

Cannot thank everyone enough for the support today. It’s been a crazy but me and henry cannot believe the amount of support you guys have shown us on our second launch.

A lot of time and effort was spent on this launch by not just me and henry, but the guys who gave up their time to help with promo work, modelling, graphics and to Jack the videographer, who created some amazing content for our promo campaign. 🙌

There is still stock available but be quick as it will go quickly.

PERSONAL TRAINING UPDATE 📝

Thought I should elaborate on my most recent story/Spartan Chambers recent post.

I will be personal training both at Spartan Chamber in Wellington and Petroc Gym in Tiverton.

My existing clients already know this but for anyone who is thinking about working with me, I will have set days for both to purely reduce the travelling.

My availability:

This is until September;

Petroc Gym - Monday, Wednesday & Friday
Spartan Chamber - Tuesday & Thursdays

This of course can be flexible depending on times and how my day schedules but on the whole this is my availability.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

The honest truth, it’s life long commitment. It’s a process and unfortunately these nutritional and training plans that say;

“GET LEAN IN 4 WEEKS”
“90 DAY BLITZ”
“8 WEEK SHRED”

All set you up to fail. People are promised the dream and the reality is they don’t look like that guy/girl in the picture because it’s not enough time to see life changing results.

Instead of buying into the fad diets, start with building the foundations and grow.

1. Learn the basics - take time practicing squats, deadlifts, Bodyweight exercises etc. Enjoy that process.

2. Training needs to be a habit - it needs to be part of your day, like brushing your teeth or eating breakfast. It needs to be embedded into your routine.

3. Fuel your body - you need to learn what different food sources do for the body and look at food in a positive way, and yes carbohydrates are very important for your body.

4. Stick with one goal. Want to lose weight? Great! Stick with it for 4-6 months, take your time, understand what your daily expenditure is, figure out your weekly calorie maintenance is and have a plan. Don’t just cut carbs out your life or eat foods that say “high in protein”.

5. Don’t put any stress on it. Have fun! Training should be enjoyable. If you don’t get excited about the gym, change your routine.
