FITNESS PILATES/CORE TRAINING:
Who would benefit from Fitness Pilates training? Basically everyone as it focus's on strengthening the vital core muscles including your abdominal & lower back muscles. However Pilates is also a good gentle exercise for someone who can not do a lot of physical activity at the moment for one reason or another maybe a recent operation, or a recent illness etc, but the advantage of Pilates is that these people can still do some form of exercise to help improve & strengthen their important core muscles.
