Hi all!

I have been asked to share this by one of our Thursday parents, Sarah, who is also my cousin!
Cancer has touched everybodies lives at some point, and she wanted to raise money for the little warriors who are battling it.
Sar has what can only be described as a lions mane so there’s plenty there to be donated!

Just a reminder that all Diddy Dragons, Juniors and Young Adults lessons will be closed for half term.

There will be no lessons during the break, and all kids classes will return on 25th February.

Adults & Ladies classes will continue to run as normal.

🚨 Class Update – Safety First 🚨

Due to the current weather and dangerous driving conditions, Sunday 11th January’s Ladies Only Kickboxing class is cancelled.

The safety of our students always comes first, and we don’t want anyone taking unnecessary risks getting to class.

💪 Lessons will resume as normal next week — we can’t wait to see you all then!
