🔥Treatment Spotlight: Sports Tape🔥

Continuing my Treatment Spotlight series. Next up is Sports Tape.

❌ Myth: Sports tape is just for professional athletes.

📼Fact: Sports tape can benefit anyone, whether you're recovering from an injury, returning to activity or looking for extra support during exercise.

Sports tape may be used to help:
✅ Provide support during activity
✅ Complement your rehabilitation programme
✅ Help you return to activity with confidence
✅ Support joints and soft tissues where appropriate

At The Conversion Room, I mostly use Kinesiology Tape (KTape). It's lightweight, allows natural movement, is designed to be skin-friendly, and can often stay in place for several days.

For injuries requiring greater stability, if appropriate, I'll use zinc oxide or elastic adhesive bandage (EAB) tape, which provides firmer support to help restrict unwanted movement.
