I have some provisional plans in motion for a
Learn to Lift programme
This would be a 6 week block in Alloa at 7pm (day not decided). Geared for ladies who who feel anxious in the gym or unsure how to set up a barbell for squats. Dead lifts etc.
- gym programme also provided for during & after
- whatsapp community chat for questions, shares, extra resources
- held in a private gym allowing for a safe space to be created
-optional social lunch at the end of the block (not included in the price)
- Limited to 6 ladies
Message me on my personal account Barb Millar if you would be interested so I can gage what interest there is. I know I would have welcomed something like this years ago as the barbell racks looked overwhelming.
