Had in the studio today for his initial swing assessment.

Tom’s way of moving the club was to hinge his wrists and lift his arms with limited body turn resulting in a need for lots of compensations and timing coming into the ball

To fix this we used the chopsticks courtesy of to fix his arm structure and create more width and hand depth 👌🏻

This resulted in a more stable club face and more consistent start lines with less curve ✅
massive improvements for a first session and a very happy golfer 🏌️

BUILDING AWARENESS THROUGH VISUALS ❗️
Here I am using the visual of the wings of a model airplane to help with face awareness! ✈️
Simple drills with advanced feedback are essential for us to learn new patterns and sequences to help us perform when we need to.
Finding different ways to visualise the same concept for a student could make all the difference so I’m always testing new ideas that will help us all improve!
