Our Swell Weekend House of the Northern Gate starts in just 2 weeks and there’s still a few spots available🙌🏼

We have a free surf lesson this Sunday (30th August) at 10-12pm at Dunnet beach!
If you feel like you could benefit from getting in the sea and learning to surf, get in touch🙌🏼 available to locals (kids and adults) in the North of Scotland.
Thanks to funding through the Thurso Community Cafe, more free sessions will be available this Autumn so please still get in touch if your interested but can’t make this date

Spaces are very limited and will work on a first come, first serve basis

Conditions report for the next few days🌊
Monday (tomorrow)- pumping surf, light offshore wind! We still have availability for surf lessons or hire in the afternoon.
Tuesday- More great surf (slightly smaller than Monday). Perfect for learning or surfing a bigger board. Breezy offshore wind.
Wednesday- Small swell and stronger wind (not so good for surfing)

We have space in our surf lesson at 12:30pm Saturday

The sunny days are arriving again! Sometimes a pre lesson dip is needed to cool off😅 For us a big part of surfing is just being in the sea and enjoying the water

Conditions are looking great on Tuesday and Wednesday, we still have some availability so get booked in while you can!

We’ve got a great week on the forecast!
Lovely 3ft swell all week- good waves🏄🏽‍♀️
Lots of calm windows with the wind- perfect for paddle boarding
Mostly dry with temps sticking around 20 degrees 🌞
