The original six principles of Pilates are; concentration, control, center, flow, precision, and breathing. A low impact exercise class which will improve your core strength, posture and mobility. Classes will be taught by Moira McBeath, recently qualified to teach Basic Mat Pilates (Future Fit training academy). Moira is currently progressing towards her Diploma in Specialist Mat Pilates.

Morning folks just to let you know there's no Pilates with Moira for the next 2 weeks.
Classes will resume Tue 30th June and Wed 1st July 😊
