A few days ago now we had our annual Boxing Day competition for our guests on a Christmas Break at Thorpeness Golf Club & Hotel. It was a glorious winter day for the 27 that played and a glorious day for our winner Caroline Kelly form Muswell Hill Golf Club, who took the trophy with 34 points. Well played 🎄🎁🏌🏻‍♂️

Christmas time means Christmas Jumper day at Thorpeness Golf Club & Hotel. Yesterday 96 in total played and supported the festive event, which not only gives everyone a chance to break the traditional golf dress code and have a merry time, but also a chance to raise some money to support our local primary school.
The winners by two points on the day were Ian Laird, Chris Tilbrook, Andy Stewart and Mark Hicks, with lots of other prizes dished out, including the highly competed best dressed!
We like to spread the joy, so as well as a great time had by all on the day, we also managed to raise nearly £600 which helps provide our local Primary School in Leiston with a minibus for their school trips.
Thanks to all that attended and supported the event.
